FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTION
📖About the planner
What exactly is this?
A 59-page undated planner designed around how ADHD brains actually work, delivered as a digital download. You get the printable PDF and a Tablet Edition, both in two colour palettes, plus a Quick Start Guide, a Wall Dashboard, phone wallpapers and a printable poster.
Why are there two daily layouts?
Because your energy isn't the same every day, and a page built for a good day quietly punishes you on a bad one. The Full Battery page gives you time blocks, a Big 3 and a hyperfocus log. The Low Battery page shrinks to bare minimum basics, one gentle task and one reward. Both count as a planned day.
What does “undated” actually mean?
There are no printed dates anywhere — no months, no weekdays, no year. You write the date yourself, or don't. It means you can start in July, disappear in August, come back in October and there's no backlog waiting for you, because nothing was scheduled to happen without you.
Is this medical advice or treatment?
No. It's a self-organization tool, not medical advice, a diagnostic tool or a treatment for ADHD. It's designed to sit alongside whatever support you already have, not replace it. If you're looking for clinical help, please speak to a qualified professional.
🛒Buying & download
How do I get it after paying?
An email lands in your inbox with your download links, usually within a minute. Open the file called START HERE first — it's one page and it tells you exactly what to do next.
The email hasn't arrived. What now?
Check your spam, junk and promotions folders first — that's where it hides about half the time. Your download links are also on the order confirmation page you saw right after paying. Still nothing? Email us and we'll send the files directly.
Do I get both colour palettes?
Yes — Rosewood Blush and Navy & Gold are both included, in both the printable and tablet editions. No upsells, no “premium colours” locked behind a second purchase.
🔋Using it
What if I stop using it after two weeks?
That's expected, and it's designed for. Go to the Welcome Back page in section 07: it walks you through a three-step re-entry, tells you not to flip back through the empty pages, and reminds you there's no backlog because nothing was dated. Coming back is the system working.
Where do I even start?
Read the Quick Start Guide — four pages, about five minutes. Then open one daily page, fill in what you can, and close it. That's a complete first day. Do not try to set up the whole planner today; that's how planners die.
Will this work for my type of ADHD?
The system doesn't assume anything about your day. High-energy days get time blocks and a Big 3; frozen days get the Low Battery page and the SOS section. Inattentive, hyperactive, combined — it meets you where you are.
I keep forgetting the planner exists.
That's the most common reason planners fail, and it isn't a character flaw — if it's not in front of you, it stops existing. That's why the Wall Dashboard is included: fill it with a marker and stick it on the fridge, the door or beside your monitor. The phone wallpapers do the same job on your lockscreen.
Can I use it alongside my digital calendar?
Yes, and most people should. Keep appointments and reminders in your phone calendar where the alarms are, and use the planner for the thinking part: what matters today, what to shrink, what to do when you're stuck.
